The Confederation of African Football (CAF) refused to postpone the Hassania Agadir match against Nahdet Berkane in the semi-finals of the African Confederation Cup.

According to the Moroccan radio station Radio Mars, CAF refused the request made by Agadir to postpone the match, after a number of his players were infected with the Corona virus.

The official website of Hassania Agadir published a statement, in which he explained that he had received the official rejection from the side of KAF, noting that there were less than five infected cases 48 hours before the meeting.

Agadir had announced earlier, that seven of its players had been infected with the Corona virus, a few hours before the meeting of the volcano renaissance in the Confederation tomorrow, Monday.

And the virus was infected with Abdul Hafeez Larki, Yassin Al-Rami, Shamakh Jamal, Al-Khanboubi Abdel-Ali, Abdullah Asmoun, Ait Muhammad Karim and Kamum Ismail.

It is worth noting that Agadir’s injuries prompted his administration to request that the match be postponed, a request that CAF refused during the past hours.
