Sporting, in a statement sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), confirmed this Saturday the transfer of Argentine striker Luciano Vietto to Al-Hilal.
The Arab club pays 7 million euros to sign the 26-year-old, which will be shared equally between Sporting SAD and Atlético Madrid.

«SPORTING CLUBE DE PORTUGAL – FUTEBOL, SAD (hereinafter Sporting SAD) informs, under the terms and for the purpose of complying with the information obligation arising from the provisions of article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code, which has reached an agreement with Al -Hilal Saudi Football Club (hereinafter Al-Hilal) for the permanent transfer of the sports rights of player Luciano Vietto.
In return for the transfer, Al-Hilal will pay the fixed amount of € 7,000,000 (seven million euros) for 75% of the player’s economic rights, an amount that will be shared equally between Sporting SAD and Club Atlético Madrid. The amount of the Solidarity Mechanism due to third clubs will be borne by Al-Hilal. »
