KUWAIT CITY — Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, who is also the country's Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs held talks here on Thursday with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
