Former Al Ahly player, Walid Salah El-Din, encouraged the Red Devils to try an sign Aston Villa and England defender Tyrone Mings.

“There’s a youngster at Aston Villa who wears the number 40 shirt, he’s a good defender and he would be a good signing for Al Ahly,” he told OnTime Sports 2 TV.

“He’s good with his head and in case they get relegated to the Championship, I think Al Ahly can pay his value.

“His name is Tyrone Mings and he’s 27-years of age, he’s English and is valued at €22 million,” he concluded.

Thanks to a Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet goal against Arsenal, Aston Villa’s hopes of remaining in the Premier League are still alive as it helped get out of the relegation zone on goal difference.
